Prominar ED Optics in four key lens elements gives superb image integrity. Light durable magnesium body for robustness and High refractive index roof prisms for extraordinary contrast and edge to edge sharpness. Close focus is down to 1.7 metres (5.5ft) with a Wide field of view and Lockable eyepiece diopter adjustment. Fully multi-coated optics for outstanding light transmission gives a 10% brighter image than 42mm diameter optics and Kowa's C3 coating technology maximises the reflectivity of the optical elements to increase the light transmission. The binoculars are Waterproof and dry nitrogen filled to prevent fogging and finished with Twist-up, click-stop eyecups to complete the superbly balanced instrument - to give hours of stable viewing pleasure.
