With a rugged all-metal bodyshell, the Ranger™ is a top quality biocular using internally focused multi-coated optics and a Gen 2 tube with 25mm MCP. The panoramic eyepiece gives edge-to-edge binocular vision clarity and can be used wearing most spectacles. Features include automatic brightness control, a built-in manual gain control and Bright Point Protection. The powerful built-in 75mW Infrared Illuminator has 3 power settings and a variable beam with power being supplied by the scopes 2 x 1.5V AA/MN1500 Alkaline batteries (not supplied). A tripod socket is built into the right side of the body just forward of the hand strap.
