Lightweight & rigid aluminium tripods designed for use with fieldscopes, photo & video equipment. The 42704 tripod features sliding removable centre column for conversion to a hide clamp. Other features include: Specially extended 3 section tubular legs giving a usable height without raising centre column of 1410mm (55.52") for maximum panning stability at high magnifications, Model 42700 3-way panhead (see insert), 360° panning,+90° to -60° tilt, Integral quick release plate (1/4"), 300mm sliding centre column adjustment, Durable foam hand grip, Clip-type leg locks and rubber feet.
