This fine example of British optics, manufactured for and used in, the Second World War, was cleaned and overhauled in our workshops - for the existing owner - several years ago, is the sort-after model, complete with the 3 built-in filters on each barrel. The outside is original, showing the usual signs of wear and tear of those times, with some of the aluminium body characteristically showing through the matt black finish. The stiple finish to both barrels, however, is perfect. The binoculars do not come with a case, but the present owner will provide the case he has kept them in, over the years, for transport protection purposes. |
